Scheduling

For your convenience all appointments must be made online through our scheduling page. We do not accept appointments by e-mail or social media.

​​​REFUND POLICY
​We regret that individual services,promotional services, or gift certificates  purchased for yourself or for another individuals are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to lash extensions and or any services performed by LWP. 

~ ​There are NO REFUNDS on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will behappy to fix any issues you may have. 
 

Cancellation
and Rescheduling


We strive to accomodate our clients to the best of our ability.
For your convenience and accuracy, ALL Lash appointments MUST be made online through our Square Scheduler on the scheduling page.

​​​Once completed all of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email.

​Credit Card is required to hold appointments at Lashes with Panache. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. 

​Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least ​6 ​​business hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

 ​ ​​EX) ​10​:​00AM ​appointments must be cancelled ​6 ​business hours in advance by ​2:00PM ​the previous day...................NOT ​4:00AM ​on the day of the appointment.

If cancelling​/ rescheduling for ​2 ​​or more people, please do so at least ​24 ​hours before your schedule appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

​​NOTE: Clients scheduling with Giftcard/Voucher, same cancellation rules applies and will be charge a cancellation fee of ​50%​ of the cost of original service price.

​No Shows-No Call - ​Will be charged ​50% ​of the original service price for the appointment.
​Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

​All appointment cancellations must be made and/or confirmed by via telephone or through the online square scheduling app.
​Appointments cancellations through TEXT or EMAILS are not accepted.

​All forms of payment accepted..
​NOTE: $1.50 processing  fee will be added to all CC transactions

Late Arrivals


We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Guest arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as ​accomodating late clients may inconvenience our next scheduled appointments. .

While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Payments
and Gratuity

We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
*NOTE: $1.50 convenience fee for all CC processing
 
**Gratuities are accepted in cash and all major credit cards as well.
A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discounted) value.

Refills

LWP–  On a base to base subject, can and will perform refill services on work that was not done from our salon.
Client must understand that if you currently have lash extensions on you have the risk of  mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.…consultations needed  to discuss best options
